01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the ct998 platform at ct998.net (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

• Not self-excluded: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with ct998 or any other gaming platform that would prohibit your participation.

03 Account Registration & Security

Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified bank account in the name of the registered account holder.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ct998 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, cricket betting promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on ct998 are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published in the platform's Sports Betting Rules section. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall take precedence for that market.

Key general betting rules applicable to all markets on ct998 include:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only accepted and binding once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the ct998 system. ct998 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a system error, manifest pricing error, or technical fault.

07 Prohibited Conduct

08 Account Suspension & Closure

ct998 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 07.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a responsible gambling intervention triggered by ct998's internal safeguarding processes.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason (including voluntary closure at your request), your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after all pending bets are settled and any applicable bonus conditions are assessed.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ct998's operating jurisdiction. ct998 makes no representation that the content or services available on the platform are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond those in which ct998 operates.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with ct998 support, the matter may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process outlined in the Platform's Complaints Policy, available upon request from the support team.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of the ct998 platform shall be conducted in English and that the English version of these Terms & Conditions is the definitive and authoritative text.
